From there, I create a personalized herbal protocol—a guide stitched together from plant allies, rituals, and daily rhythms that nourish your whole self. It might include teas, tinctures, flower essences, and trusted products (some handcrafted by me, some from other respected sources). This is not a prescription—it’s an offering. A map.
